SITE ANALYSIS
The MARTIKAS residential complex, in the island of Kalymnos, consists of 8 independent villas, placed on a very steep sloping plot 7.000sq meters, with maximum inclination of 45%, with excellent view to the near by island of Pserimos. Every two villas are placed in a different level so as every one of them to has sea view. Every villa got its own infinity pool. The total landscape architecture study cared for the greatest possible preservation of existing terrain. A series of retaining walls and staircases lead from the road level to the top side of the plot. Parking spaces are provided in the road level.
